Vantage One Ltd is able to offer a polyurethane subcontract moulding service for low to medium volume parts.
We run 2 low pressure dispensing machines which produce components from 20g up to 3500g with varying densities and hardness.
A tooling service can also be provided if required. Depending on component type and quantities required tooling can be made from GRP, resin or aluminum. This type of of tooling is generally a lot less expensive than plastic injection tooling.
